How to Make Money Online as a Student

College students face many hard financial decisions. That is why I have decided to write this post. But the thing to note is that, this article is not a get rich quick scheme. It is intended for those high school or college students who are willing to learn and work hard to achieve their goals.

So if you thought that I am going to blow open a hidden secret about getting a $1,000 overnight, then you are mistaken. You can turn back and leave this blog.

But I must tell you that the information here is going to help you. These are my personal ideas I have gathered together over the years and now, I am sharing them with you for free. The only favour I ask in return  is for you to share this blog with your friends and recommend this article to them if it has helped you in any way. So let's get started.

Classified Websites:

Making money without spending money is actually possible. How is that possible you may ask? For one to make money, one must first of all spend money. But it doesn't apply in all situations. Technology have made things a lot easier for us and classified websites? You can really take advantage of it.

There are a lot of classified websites that allow you to post an ad for free on their platform. You don't have to worry about the publicity of your ad, they will take care of that for you. For example, if you  know a student that want to sell his or her laptop in school, you can tell the person that you will help him or her get the buyer.

Just go to www.olx.com or www.tonaton.com and post a free ad about that student's laptop. Put your contact number on the ad and not that of the student who actually owns the laptop. This way, you will get the calls channeled to you and you can strike a deal with the highest bidder. You can then go to the owner of the laptop and negotiate the price he or she want to sell the laptop.

When you agree on a price you can  sell the laptop by adding something on top of the price the owner gave to you. You really have to be careful and avoid being greedy. If you stake the price of the laptop too high, nobody will be able to buy it from you.

You can add small money on top of the actual price of the laptop and meet the owner of the laptop to find you something. I think the person will give you some commission judging from the fact that you helped him or her to sell the laptop.

You can also become a reseller. If you know businesses that sell accessories and gadgets often used by students. Strike a deal with them and upload their items on any classified website or auction website like Ebay  and sell the proudct and go for your commission. The possibility is endless. It all depends on you.

Teaching:

Teaching should be part of every student's life. Which subject are you good at? Check out your course mates. Are they having problems with the same subject you understood properly? This could be an opportunity for you to teach and earn money while you also sharpen your skills the more.

However, this one is a bit difficult, since you really need to prove to your colleagues that you are really good at that subject. However, that shouldn't be your limitation. Ask sensible questions and participate very well in class when that subject is being taught in class. I believe that when you contribute very well during classes, you should be able to convince your colleagues about your performance in those subject.

Another possible limitation to this idea is students. Some students would rather spend the money through extravagant spending than giving you the money. But you shouldn't be discouraged. Look for students who are really serious and loves to learn. Strike a deal with them and arrange the right time for your meetings.

Blogging:

It is no more news that blogging can fetch you money. If you are a good writer, you can create a blog where you can  share tips and ideas to your readers depending on your niche. However, the only downside is that blogging involves a lot of hard work and discipline. If you think you have what it takes to blog, why not get started today? You will never regret your decision. Again, if you have any question about blogging, use the submit an idea form at the footer of this blog to do that.

These are top three ways you can make money online as a student. I will be sharing more in the future, so keep visiting this blog. And if you know other clever ways students can make money, please share it by leaving your comments.
