African Student's Association is keen in appreciating the effort and the importance of the role each African students plays in the development of Africa and building a wealthy nation that will be beneficial to all and sundry.
Africa Students’ Associations, in partnership with African governments and government-institutions, Private Sector Institutions, NGOs, Corporate Organizations and Small-Medium Enterprise support agencies is pleased to introduce the 2014 Africa Students’ Association Exhibition and Awards for Excellence.
The idea behind the Awards is to identify and recognize Africans at home and in diaspora who had and is still contributing their best in the development and realization of the African dreams. The Award ceremony showcases the continent’s best in the Academia, trade, services and industrial sectors.
The overall winner will receive the African Students’ Association award of the Year. The Awards ceremony will take place on the 21st of October 2014.
The Aims and Objectives of Event and Award Ceremony are:
- To showcase Africa’s arts and successful Individuals;
- To promote and highlight the role that Youths play in economic development of the continent;
- To present case studies and research the way forward for African youths;
- To bring together governments, development institutions, investors, academics and private sector institutions with interest in the development of the African Youth;
- To discuss best practices in discipline and shaping of the morals of the African youth;
- To bring the big, best and brightest of Africa together “under one roof”; and
- To help promote Research and Development.
The 2014 Africa Students’ Association Exhibition and Awards for Excellence Ceremony aims to recognize the success and vitality of Africans who distinguish themselves in different fields of endeavor.
